The Supplements I’m Taking Right Now (And How I Actually Stay Consistent)

I get asked all the time what supplements I’m currently taking.

This isn’t about taking everything. It’s about taking the right things, at the right time, and in a way that actually fits real life (including travel, busy mornings, and forgotten afternoons).

Below is my current supplement lineup, why I take each one, and how I organize them so I actually stay consistent.

*As always, this is not medical advice — just sharing what works for me. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting anything new.

I carry all of my supplements in a cool case I got from Emily and I organize them in a pill box so there’s zero guesswork day to day.

If supplements aren’t easy to access, they don’t get taken — simple as that.

My Current Supplement Stack

WeNatal Prenatal

This is my foundational supplement.

I’ve been very intentional about prenatals because quality, sourcing, and bioavailability matter.

WeNatal Omegas

Omega-3s are one of the most important supplements for overall health from inflammation to brain support.

I specifically choose omegas that are:

• Cleanly sourced

• Properly dosed

• Third-party tested

WeNatal Egg Quality

This one is part of my fertility-focused support. This supplement is formulated to support mitochondrial health and overall reproductive wellness.

Nutrafol (Hair Support)

Hair health is often a reflection of what’s going on internally — stress, nutrient status, hormones.

This is part of my broader approach to hair health alongside nutrition and lifestyle support.

Iron – Heme Vite Plus (Apex Energetics)

Iron is not something everyone should supplement blindly.

I take heme iron, which is generally better tolerated and absorbed, and I do this based on my own needs and lab work.

Saffron – The Fullest

This is one of my favorite additions.

Saffron has research behind it for:

• Mood support

• Emotional wellbeing

• Stress resilience

I love this one because it supports mental health without being stimulating.

WeNatal Magnesium

Magnesium is a non-negotiable for me.

I take it daily, and when I travel, I take an extra one. Travel stress, sleep disruption, and nervous system regulation all increase magnesium demand.

This one supports:

• Sleep

• Muscle relaxation

• Nervous system balance

NAD+

This is part of my longevity and cellular support approach.

NAD+ levels decline with age, and this is something I’ve added intentionally — not casually — to support energy and cellular health.

Zinc (Trace Minerals) + Electrolytes

I take liquid zinc from Trace Minerals and mix it into water with Pique electrolytes. Zinc plays an important role in immune function and overall cellular health, and taking it in liquid form makes it easy to absorb and gentle on my stomach. Pairing it with electrolytes helps with hydration and makes it simple to sip throughout the day.

Creatine - See my blog all on Creatine

I take creatine daily, mixed into my morning tea. While it’s often associated with fitness, creatine is one of the most well-researched supplements for muscle strength, cognitive function, and overall cellular energy — especially for women as we age. I like taking it in the morning because it’s easy to remember and fits naturally into my routine.

A Final Note on Supplements

Supplements should support your body, not overwhelm it.

I don’t add things randomly. Everything I take has a purpose, and I reassess regularly based on how I feel, my labs, and my current season of life.
