Music in the Morning

We don't listen to music in the car in the morning. 🚗🚗🚗

You ever notice how your child shoots up out of bed in the morning and they are ready to give you so much information (well mine do). Why hinder the chance to hear all they want to share? While listening to music can be fun at times, I make sure that most of the time we don't listen to it in order to have a conversation or sing songs together. I also make sure that when we do listen to music that we all get a turn to pick our song of choice or a couple of minutes of no music (my choice 😉).

It's about letting your child know that they can sit in a car without being distracted with toys, lights, music, etc. It's allowing them to appreciate what is outside and looking at the beautiful trees, flowers or the variety of cars and trucks and giving them the time to process their thoughts and their day.
