How do you eat healthy when you are traveling?
✈️🚘🚢 One of my go-to's is my granola that is nut free and refined sugar-free! I can easily top it with berries or dairy-free yogurt for myself and the kids.
This is great if you are taking a morning flight. Bring some of this, @foragerproject cashew yogurt and sliced frozen grapes in a bag to keep it all cold! And yes you are able to bring yogurt with you if you have a 👶 little one with you. ✈️✈️✈️
