Easy Garlic Confit Recipe


What is the secret to making food taste good? This garlic confit!

You may have seen in my stories that I love this! Keep this in your fridge and add to anything from a savory breakfast to a sauce, dressing or roasted veggies. I love making a big batch of this because I use it for everything. Maybe this is why we don't get sick very often.

Garlic Confit Recipe

🌟2 cups of peeled garlic

🌟3 cups of olive oil

That's it!

Preheat the oven to 300 and bake garlic and oil for 30 mins until golden brown delicious! I recommend using an 18/10 grade stainless steel pot.
