🌿 All Things Hair: Our Clean Haircare Routine for the Whole Family

If you’ve been following along on Stories, you know I’ve tested so many haircare lines over the years — and finally landed on a handful of clean, effective staples that actually work for every hair type in our house.

Below is everything I currently use — from my own non-toxic shampoo and dye, to how we care for my daughters’ beautiful curls.

✨ What I Use on My Own Hair (Scroll down if you just want kids stuff)

Shampoo + Conditioner:

• Rahua Hydration Shampoo & Conditioner – I love these for keeping my hair hydrated and soft without silicones or sulfates. Rahua uses plant-derived ingredients from the Amazon rainforest and is one of the cleanest salon-quality lines I’ve found.

• I also like Rthvi shampoo and conditioner — it’s budget-friendly, non-toxic, and leaves my hair soft and manageable.

Hair Mask / Deep Treatment:

Styling + Shine:

• All Nutrient Professional Color – this is the least-toxic salon dye I’ve found that still covers grays and holds color. Some people love Hairprint or O&M, but those made my hair slightly ashy.

👧 How I Care for My Daughters’ Curly Hair

Curly hair tends to be thirsty, so the goal is always hydration and gentle detangling.

Here’s our daily and weekly routine:

1️⃣ Detangling Spray:

We make our own mix at home and the spray bottle makes all the difference:

• ¼ Under Luna Conditioner

• ¾ Filtered Water

• Shake in a spray bottle and lightly mist before brushing.

2️⃣ Leave-In Product:
