Why I don't let my family eat Wheat Thins
Wheat thins contain BHT. BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene) is a synthetic antioxidant commonly used to extend shelf life in various products. While it’s approved for use in the U.S., it’s banned in parts of Europe and Japan due to health concerns.
