Sustainable and Waste Free Holidays

The ultimate goal is to be sustainable and waste free. Is that always feasible? No, but it is my personal goal.
One way that I am trying to do that this holiday season is by using all of my @_willaby_ swaddles and @sarahsilksscarves to wrap the kids gifts. Plus, I find that the kids love the way it looks and they end up playing with the swaddles and scarves afterwards too! Yay for even more open ended play! 🎄🎄🎄
Now my Christmas tree… yes ornaments are reusable, but did you know there is a high amount of lead that are in ornaments? Don’t go throwing them all out but be mindful when purchasing more, try to switch to fabric ones going forward. I also used a @_willaby_ swaddle to wrap around the bottom of my Christmas tree. 🎄 🎄🎄
Not pictured here is my @iqair purifier which I keep right next to my tree. This helps clear the air of the toxic dust that it creates. If you have those metal ornaments… try to dust and vacuum around it if possible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
