As moms, we often don't take care of ourselves; eating scraps and food on the go. It is not just our kids who need a non-toxic organic lifestyle. ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ Conventional coffee is among the most heavily chemically treated foods in the world. Ever since I stopped drinking coffee, the days have somehow seemed longer. I was in search of an organic drink that could give me a little pick me up while at the same time not make me feel jittery. It is really hard for me to go out and find a drink that is 100% organic, especially while I am breastfeeding and on the go. Since I am breastfeeding I try to limit my caffeine intake and the original @wearerasa coffee has seven added adaptogens which really help me focus (because I have ADHD). One of my tricks is to add a little fat with the @artisanaorganics coconut butter to my drink to give me brain fuel to help me get through putting three kids to bed at night. For a little unrefined sweetness, I love to add @justdatesyrup.
