Grain Free Carrot Zucchini Muffins

What you'll need:
2 eggs
2-3 Ripe bananas
1 cup almond butter (I like @artisanaorganics or once and again)
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup grated zucchini (then wring out zucchini with @elliesbest nut milk bag or dish towel to get rid of water)
3 tsp blackstrap molasses
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods non-alcoholic vanilla
1/8-1/4 cup @coombsmaple syrup

Mix the egg thoroughly so there are no clumps. Then add the almond butter and mix well. Slowly add the cinnamon and baking powder. Then add in the rest of the ingredients.  Use a mini muffin pan and @ifyoucare_usa unbleached parchment paper liners. Take melted coconut oil and brush onto each muffin cup liner and then pour batter in using an ice cream scooper. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes.
