Here are some of my go-to picks for camping—from snacks to meals and everything in between. This list is a great starting point for less toxic, more mindful options on your next outdoor adventure

SNACKS:

FOOD:

  • Buckwheat/teff pancake batter- ceylon cinnamon, blackstrap molasses, vanilla, teff flour, buckwheat flour, banana, oat mylk. Add eggs when ready to cook

  • Coconut chia pudding 

  • Fruit- apples, strawberries, grapes, pomegranates, passion fruit, plums 

  • Pasta with Meat Sauce

  • One Degree Organic Oatmeal

TENT:

  • The MoonLight Tents | TheTentLab 8 person tent- Flame retardant free, coated with silicone on the outside and polyurethane on the inside. Not crazy about that but all good. 

  • Six Moon Designs is another tent company that has silicone and nylon fabrics and is flame retardant free

TOOLS:

  • Hammer

  • Leather man/multi tool

  • 2 tarps

  • Front door floor mat (for outside of tent) and backside of tent
