nuna pipa lite rx + pipa relx base
This is my preferred car seat for infants. it can be installed with a vehicle seat belt- no base needed. Also it is made of environmentally friendly merino wool. GREENGUARD GOLD certified and no fire-retardant chemicals.

Clek Liing
Flame retardant free AND PFAS free across every fabric option. Metal load leg, Rigid-LATCH, 7 recline positions. 16.9 inches wide so three across is possible.
Nuna PIPA
Nuna was the first major car seat brand to drop chemical flame retardants. Lighter than the Clek, and the PIPA rx includes an organic cotton newborn insert.
Nuna claims fire retardant free and GREENGUARD Gold, but does not make a PFAS-free claim the way Clek does.
