I Really Dig You: Valentine's Day Recipe

I am and I don't want to add to the sugar overload. 🀯
This is my easy solution. It's my homemade nut-free granola. The shovels are from @michaelsstores . And I cut out signs that Ryder colored and then I wrote β€œI really dig you”

Here's how you make them:
Ingredients/Recipe: Homemade Nut πŸ₯œ Free/ Gluten Free Granola
6 cups @sproutedflour gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup @navitasorganics hemp seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seed butter
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon organic raw honey
1-2 teaspoons organic blackstrap molasses

Optional- dried refined sugar-free currants or raisins (sulphur dioxide free)

First combine the syrup, sunflower seed butter, honey and blackstrap molasses together and heat on low to create a smooth mixture. Then add all dried components together and mix well. Then combine wet to dry. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 min. Place on @ifyoucare_usaunbleached parchment paper lined on a cookie tray stirring at least twice. . .
