Yummy Snack Plates

This is a typical snack plate minus the lettuce backdrop (gotta do what I can to make it look nice) 🙋

I like to have a good mix of healthy fats, along with protein and good carbs (fruits and veggies). 🍋🍏🍍

What's on today's menu? @majesticgarlicorganic sprouted beet hummus. What is so great is that since they sprout their garbanzo beans it makes it more digestible which makes you less gassy. I add a drizzle of @nutiva hemp organic hemp oil and a sprinkle with @navitasorganics hemp seeds. 
The muffins are the grain-free muffin recipe by @pamelasalzman from her cookbook "Kitchen Matters." I added one cup of finely grated carrots and one cup of finely grated zucchini. If you do this, you need to make sure to wring out the water from the zucchini in a dish towel or nut bag (@elliesbest nut milk bag). I made them into mini muffins, which only needs 20-25 minutes to bake. 
And of course, my go-to @seasnax is on there which the kids devour it.
