Social Toxins can be worse than chemical ones!
What do I mean by that? Worrying and obsessing over what can be wrong or toxic in your life can sometimes be more harmful. Increased levels of cortisol can lower your immune response, raise your blood pressure and lead to increased fatigue. This is why I tell parents to take baby steps when trying to have a cleaner healthier lifestyle, otherwise, it can be quite overwhelming. Remember my rule of 80/20. You can't control everything and sometimes you just have to learn to let go.
